		<description>1) Agree with your goalie assessments. The Huet signing is the most important off-season job for the Caps. As you write, if he goes elsewhere the team will go from playoff/ possible Cup threat, instantly to a marginal playoff/non playoff team
2) The longer it takes for this to take place, the lower the Caps chances. We guarantee, IF Huet is unsigned come July 1, then he is as good as gone.  Ottawa seems the logical destination (Ray Emory will be bought out)  
3) Then guess what?  Ray becomes the caps new goalie.  Not the best prospect for caps fans we'd bet.  Huet will probably want 6 mil and 4 years.  If the number of years is the only sticking point GMGM/Ted would be best served to give him what he wants.</description>
