The penalties, with the exception of the Erskine call, were penalties. However, if Brash can't control himself in that situation, then he doesn't belong on the ice. I see little difference between his act last night and that of Chris Simon earlier in the season. Neither act did damage, but both had the potential for severity. Despite not having the back history of Chris Simon, I would push for Brash to sit for a long time after that act. I blame Brash more than the officiating.
